I have spent all but two years of my career working in Residential Real Estate, either as a Realtor or Mortgage Loan Officer. My journey started back in the Midwest in my home State of South Dakota. After college I worked for an Accounting and Tax Service firm for two years. I helped start a real estate company when I was 21 years old.
After 6 years I sold my interest and moved to the Twin Cities where I became a Mortgage Loan Officer. We moved to Tucson in the fall of 1997 where I continued in the mortgage business. In May of 2007 I switched back to real estate sales.
What I love about real estate is the opportunity to meet new people and build long-lasting relationships. I have been involved in literally thousands of real estate transactions over the past thirty plus years. I bring to the table a wealth of knowledge in the area of real estate finance and contract negotiations. My goal in every transaction is to help you get through the transaction with the least amount of disruption to your daily life.
